I have been working at Bare International

    Pros

Bare offers the individual a unique opportunity to make an impact on management decisions and the bottom line. Management respects the feedback of employees and actively seeks out employee opinions and ideas. "Promotion from within" is common. Management is also very respectful of work/life balance and offers flexible scheduling options to employees who have proven their work ethic and commitment.

    Cons

Anyone who needs a lot of hand-holding will not succeed in this environment because managers and coworkers all have very full workloads. Though new employees get on the job training on the company's special software packages, they need to already have strong computer skills otherwise. There is no time for remedial training.

    Advice to Management

N/A - I am personally very satisfied working at BARE.

I worked at Bare International full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexible work hours, young team and colleagues are more like friends than competitors. Multiple opportunities to move from one department to another. I will always think of joining the company back. Flexi hours and work from home allows work life balance.

    Cons

Needed more training programs The work pressure can be managed better

    Advice to Management

Bare India is great opportunity to work with a MNC and get exposure to Mystery shopping industry. Management can spare budget for more training progams

I have been working at Bare International full-time

    Pros

Allows work from home every now and then, flexible hours, weekends off, growth opportunities are good, talent is recognized, allows you to work independently if you do your job right the first few times. The people are really young and energetic, great initiatives on engaging employees. Allows you to leave on time and provides a great work life balance.

    Cons

Communication management to the employee can be clearer on topics of importance, need to work out a frequent incentive plan for star performers that do an outstanding job.

    Advice to Management

People are more productive when they feel recognized and appreciated. We need to appreciate them in the small ways we can.

I have been working at Bare International full-time

    Pros

Weekends off, flexible work hours, global exposure and good work-life balance

    Cons

Too much process driven, micro-management and no cafeteria and no plush offices (if you wish to work in fancy offices, then this is not the place)

    Advice to Management

Reduce the redundant processes as it eats up too much of productive time, strongly improve the training processes, filling the communication gaps between global teams and introducing block leaves too so that employees get time to travel with their family or loved ones.
