Nowhere to move as a technician

    Heavily overworked
    Heavily underpaid for being overworked

    Advice to Management

When you have experience surrounding you in the work place, draw from it instead of fighting it. No one knows what they are doing on the line or the floor yet these individuals are being placed in positions of power or authority. Start paying attention to the revolving door of employees and maybe you would keep some if they were compensated for the overage of work caused by managers not placing high interest in getting people to work in Galloway, NJ. Be willing to take advice and stop preaching family when you focus less on training and more on repetitive PM work. "I can't get anyone to work here" should be an eye-opening experience, not an excuse. TRAIN YOUR WORKERS, INVEST IN YOUR FUTURE.

    Pros

The pay for the position was fair. The hours were great. You are given uniforms so you aren't messing up your own shirts everyday.

    Cons

This company unfortunately was like a revolving door. And the hard workers and people who actually took some kind of pride in the work they did, were the ones pushed out the door.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management is to treat your employees like they actually matter and not as if they are some kind of number you need to help achieve your daily quota. If you have good employees keep them, stop letting go good workers and replacing them with people who are just there to collect a paycheck.

You should never disrupt a model/team that was working extremely well
