I worked at Bartech Staffing full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexibility, great job/life balance, worked remotely, visited headquarters once, looked like a friendly place to work. Met some great people and friends.

    Cons

Workingly remotely was unable to participate in company events, wasn't able to build face to face relationships with upper management and network for future openings.

I have been working at Bartech Staffing full-time

    Pros

    Large fortune 500 client base.

    Cons

Difficult working environment especially for workers not sitting in a site with direct management. With no on site management it seems to create a feeling of disconnect and distrust with the team. There is also very little training for new employees with no set guidelines on servicing the accounts.

I have been working at Bartech Staffing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Well, I like the company's business culture and working environment. I have great coworkers and my manager is great. Everyone is so nice and always willing to help and assist with any questions that I may have.

    Cons

Employees don't have access to the workout facilities. Working at the gym would be a great incentive especially if we could workout before or after work. It would show that the company is committed to their employees overall health and well-being.
