I have been working at Basepoint full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Everyone is genuinely friendly, including the senior management.
Great bonus scheme based on performance of the team, including our handyman.

    Cons

Can't think of anything terrible. You are sometimes required to cover a different centre, which may mean a bit of travel, but you are paid mileage. So not too bad.
