    Pros

Free shaves and haircuts every two weeks on payday!

    Cons

They pay you nothing out of their own account. the real people who put into your check are the oilfield companies you contract to do the job for. you may turn in hours for driving and yard time , but good luck in getting a percentage.

    Advice to Management

Stop the piracy. hope y'all go where you need to go , but Real Soon!

    Pros

Run more than one log book. Loose logs

    Cons

No pay raises, no guarantee of hours, managers always eat on company credit cards and brag about it to the employees.

    Advice to Management

Take away the credit cards from supervisors they abuse it and feed their wife and children . Bring back the 40 hour guaranteed and give employees the revenue bonus since you borrowed money to give managers bonuses again

I have been working at Basic Energy Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great hours, decent pay, and great benefits

    Cons

The managerial staff does not hold employees to any job descriptions. If you are an Admin employee or Dispatcher, expect to never do what you are hired for and do everything that nobody else wants to do. Even if you have the correct data sitting in front of you your integrity will be held in question, at least for the main yard in Big Spring.

    Advice to Management

Get completely rid of Nepotism, pay more attention to employees getting employment reviews and regular raises. There are some that have not had raises in 3 years and have no performance reviews. Ensure that supervisors are held responsible for not maintaining safety training records.
