I worked at Bath & Body Works part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You meet new people you get to experience new things and challenges from the job so you can be better in the future jobs i choose. I also love talkin to people gettin tk know them for a short time while shoppin and they ask me questions i can completely answer without gettin another team member or manager help .

    Cons

Sometimes my break and lunch is never successful i have to ask sometimes because if not i will never get a break or lunch in some jobs i experienced.

    Advice to Management

Just stay as strong as possible and friendly so team members can feel like they ask managers anything or talk to them about anything without them gettin brushed away.

I worked at Bath & Body Works part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company is constantly changing and evolving and it’s fun to be a part of that. The products are good, who doesn’t love to work with things that smell good. There’s a good amount of flexibility for things like school and other jobs.

    Cons

I feel like it’s pretty rare to get out on time. There’s a huge push for numbers and sales rather than quality of the sale. Late night shifts once a month for floorsets that always went at least two hours over the scheduled time. Display changes almost every night that take long to do.

I have been working at Bath & Body Works part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good, flexible hours and a super positive atmosphere. I love coming in to work each day because I know I will be supported by the rest of the sales team.

    Cons

Over the 2 years I have been working here (seasonally) I have seen 3 managers come and go. There has been some inconsistency in management style because of this, but overall this was only a minor drawback to my experience.

I worked at Bath & Body Works part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    1. The clientele of Bath and Body Works are generally good people to want to help.
    2. I worked at a smaller store, not one in a mall, so the crowds were smaller and conversion was easier since most people came in that store to buy something.
    3. Working at a smaller store made reaching sales goals less stressful.
    4. Managers were very flexible with workers' schedules. You could input your availability 2 weeks ahead of time, and they would work with that.

    Cons

    1. In the beginning, you have to compete for hours. They'll start you with maybe 1 or 2 shifts a week, and depending on how well you do, you'll get more hours.

-its hard to think of anything else

    Advice to Management
