    Challenging work, many great people to work with, good pay

    Cons

    High stress levels due to continual restructuring, leaving less people to do the same work. Advancement can be difficult. Sr. Management has unrealistic expectations

    Listen to the people who report to you; stop setting extremely aggressive deadlines; employee burnout is real

    Pros

    Location is very nice with rivers and lakes, not too much overtime, nice people to work with, very clean facility

    Cons

    Living two hours from any city, summers here are very hot, added stress on current employees due to an older workforce retiring and not being replaced.
