Pros
I have tasked with meaningful challenges in my first three months which truly showcases the performance culture and their high expectation to new joiners Overall people here are collaborative and approachable. They are willing share their knowledge and experience which I could learn from Flexible work policy which helps me to balance my work life and family commitment
Cons
IT system and digital tech tools are not the most user-friendly ones I've come across The organizational structure is highly matrix which takes extra time and effort to drive alignment across different stakeholders Office environment can also be improved

Thanks so much for your thoughtful review. We appreciate your feedback here and love the mention of our people. We believe that relationships empower at Baxter, and our teams lift each other through collaboration. Your point regarding some of our tech tools is fair, and not all interface, but it's definitely something we are working on as we move towards our digital transformation goals. Thanks for the positive feedback; we appreciate it!

Pros
PTO, Insurance, busy constantly, varied day to day routine
Cons
Work life balance is skewed directly by how good you are at what you do. The better you are, the more they give you. Difficult to progress past a certain level if you're not in the 'club'

Pros
Great products and it feels great being part of a company that really cares about patients. Flexible work hours and work from home option (within reason) is a big plus for managing work / life balance.
Cons
Way too much change with business models, and way too much people turnover. Administrative processes don't seem to work and consume too much time.

Pros
Flexibility and work/life balance are fantastic. Pay is above average Never a shortage of work/won't be bored Very focused on diversity and inclusion Goals to have more women leaders Gym on site, nice walking path
Cons
There is a lot of change happening in the past few years, but they are for good cause. Many of our processes were dated, and could use review and simplification. Many people are not super comfortable with the speed of change here, but I prefer an exciting environment.

Great work life balance with summer Fridays and one of the few logistics teams without 24/7 hours/operations. Personable yet effective team. Role can be demanding with ebbs and flows but department has evolved with great management support and opportunity for future growth.
