    Pros

Once in the rhythm of your job, you can pretty much keep up with the daily grind without issue.

Come in and do your eight (8) hours ... then go home.

If you can handle your workload, then you'll likely be left alone and not micro managed.

    Cons

Significant portion of production and warehouse employees are contract (no benefits, no vacation/sick time, etc) and are subject to being let go with no notice whenever revenue is down.

Manager don't really manage much -- expect to learn as you go ... a lot. Managers they're paid well enough. Most sales and upper mgmt are overpaid for what they contribute.

For most employees, pay is probably below industry average. Raises are infrequent and below average. Quarterly bonuses are also below average and may or may not be given.

Room for advancement -- basically none.

    Advice to Management

The rich get richer and the worker bees mostly despise you for it. Amazing how much discrepancy there is with pay scale, bonuses, etc.
