I have been working at Bay Area Credit Service full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent work hours, weekends off, hour lunches.

    Cons

Shift supervisors keep up drama, severely harass employees who are good workers and who they don't like. Hire management Kelly sucks. The supervisors do drugs at work and report to work late and high.

    Advice to Management

Stop harassing employees purposely, be Fair to ALL, and stop writing employees up because they refrain away from negativity in the workplace and because u don't like them. Treat employees with respect and not talk to them in a disrespectful manner. I hope the Lord punish all u who have wrong employees purposely. You shall suffer...

I have been working at Bay Area Credit Service full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Business hours; Monday through Friday. Off on weekends.

    Cons

Micromanage, uneducated managers and supervisors with no prior experience. Management like to keep up with drama. Give out write ups just for the sake of it. High employee turnover rate. No room for advancement. No annually increase in pay rate.

    Advice to Management

Take up some management classes and not just read "management for dummies." Learn to value good employees who actually do good work. Stop sitting around gossiping and promoting family members with no prior experience.
