    Pros

    TechWorkers set up my interviews with my current contract job and guided me through their set-up process. They make working as a contractor easy.

    Cons

    I have not yet run into a "cons".

    Pros

    + Onsite Presence at Client Site
    + Able to get to know contractors and form relationships
    + Extremely Busy/ Never a dull moment
    + Work that you do adds Value to Company
    + Good Benefits
    + Career Advancement within Client Company and internally
    + Networking with hiring managers and contractors
    + Fun team to work with
    + Quarterly Bonus's
    + Approachable CEO/ takes each one of his employees out to lunch and asks them what they like and dislike about the company

    Cons

    + Sometimes there is lack of communication between co-workers/managers/VPs
    + Accrued Vacation
    + Managers need to be held accountable for their own deliverables and not push onto others

    Advice to Management

    Managers - Be more open minded when someone has a suggestion and listen to what they have to say before dismissing them.
