    Pros

It would take me an hour and half to get to the shop, my time started a half an hour into the drive. We serviced AT&T cell sites all over northern California, my time would end a half an hour before I got home.

    Cons

I would be replacing a large amount of batteries at these cell sites. Each one battery weighed 130. pounds. For everyone you carried in, you also carried one out. At times the availability to the site front door would be restricted, which would leave you lugging these batteries quite a long distance, needless to say, at times up numerous flights of floors by stairway.

    Advice to Management

You should not hire direct family members into the company.

    Pros

Freedom to work alone, never have a supervisor behind your back.
    Coworkers willing to help.
    Quarterly bonus

    Cons

Some senior employees would waist a lot of time just to get the overtime, but are protected by supervisors so they'll never get in trouble.

I have been working at Bay City Electric Works full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This company has not lost the human aspect of success. Regardless how fast they're growing each employee is still valued and not treated like a number.

    Cons

Learning the ropes was a struggle at first but the employees are helpful.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Salary is okay as long as you're a senior tech.
As long as it looks like you've completed your work, no one will question it.

    Cons

    Middle management is incompetent.
Location is land-locked, next to no major freeways (67 does not count- it has multiple stop lights to get to any other freeway). Field service companies shouldn't be located in the far side of Poway.
The company keeps employees know to lie, steal, and sign off on work which they never performed!

    Advice to Management

Read your employee's words and documents critically.
Install competent middle management with some experience and a whole lot more motivation.
