Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Bay Cove Human Services full-time
Pros
Cell phone reimbursement and health insurance
Cons
No proper training, no proper communication and lack leadership to progress in your current position. I left a company I was working for, for 4 years with the idea this would be a best fit as it was introduced to me. However, from the second I was hired there was no training through BayCove, no transitional period. And guidance/leadership to help set up employees for success. I was terminated through a zoom without warning and my insurance was cancelled after I scheduled an approved surgery and I could not get my antibiotics because of this. Not only did HR not have any solution to this issue it was as if it didn’t even matter.
