I have been working at Bay Cove Human Services

    Pros

The organization has a great mission serving people with developmental disabilities, aging, mental illness and drug and alcohol addiction. It is an open and laid-back work environment. Staff get to contribute their ideas and cultural background. Most of the company's sites are readily accessible by public transportation. The company offers great benefits for those that work 20 or more hours per week.

    Cons

The organization is made up of over 100 program sites throughout Boston, so the company is very fragmented. Sometimes it can take time for a change to take place.
