I worked at Bay Cove Human Services full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Possibly the Best Training programs I've attended. Strong management at home base (66 Canal st.) From there outward it depleted.

    Cons

Outside entity Location Based Management has no clue as it is working on the fly, restaurant chain style work atmosphere. Scattered, disorganized ,disconnected, biased, teamwork focused, but a facility as never had a management meeting in my time with the company (at least at my location), ability to adapt to recognize weakness in programs and allocate financial resources is poor to say the least. All about the bottom line before patient treatment. Low Pay, high workload and expectations. A lot of who you know work conditional situations.
