Good pay difficult unobtainable goals
May 24, 2023 - Assistant Nurse Manager in Tampa, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Pay is great, benefits are great, hard to beat baycare for those things.
Cons
Goals are hard to meet, can’t really make a difference on the floor from restrictions of upper management. Forced to make changes from upper levels. Your direct manager matters most though, pick carefully.

Not a happy place.
Apr 16, 2023 - Patient Financial Representative in Clearwater, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
401k matching is up to 6%.
Cons
Pay is low. Too much pressure on productivity and not enough on accuracy. Getting time off can be difficult even if you have plenty of PTO hours. Not a lot of opportunity for promotion within the department. Management is very rigid and don't really seem to care about you as an individual. There is a lot of back stabbing and gossip. Moral is very low.
