    Collaborative Environment, Generous Wages, Great Campus, Good Management, Diverse Employee Base

    Cons

    They employ a lot of contractors, but there is little to no opportunity of being hired on as a regular employee.

    Pros

    Flexible hours. Great environment for testing skills. Very smart and friendly people.

    Cons

    Uncertainty. Managers are not invested in people. Decisions come from upper level with complete disregard for actual technical implications. Disorganized: you can't tell which team handles which task. Bayer's buyout made it all worse.

    Great tech stack Teams get freedom to pick tech and strategies, very autonomous Laid back culture

    Being a contractor we get less benefits and its hard to convert to full employee

    Cool capital projects with large field exposure. Work with very talented teams of various disciplines of engineers.

    Cons

    Seasonal production of facilities means have to finish projects by deadline, which can lead to long hours.
