I have been working at Baylor College of Medicine full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Employee Wellness Program which encourages participation and friendly completion among colleagues; healthcare plan; depending on your management you may have more than standard growth opportunity but doesn't appear to be encouraged across the board.

    Cons

In-house development and training opportunities lacking; lack of competitive salary for internal candidates.

    Advice to Management

Career development training not just for management or healthcare professionals but also for those working towards those goals.
