    Pros

the interaction with my team and the objectives are clearly spelled out to us. I know what we need to accomplish each day, I like reading the Baylor progress every month and the communication for senior leadership. It's really a great place where they value their employees.

    Cons

they have good medical benefits but I would like to see more perks and higher salary

    Advice to Management

look at adding different benefits and salary. I would also recommend that the sr leadership become more of a "figure" VS seeing the baylor progress every month

    Pros

Good benefits, the company really cares about its employees and advancing them and putting them where they want to be. The company has competitive pay rates.

    Cons

There are a lot of people learning through this hospital at Scott and White. There are usually a lot of new people in any given area and that can come with its own set of problems.

    Advice to Management

Staffing for specialized med-surg floors should be less of a ratio of patients to a nurse. Better and more attentive nursing care can be given and patients won't see that a nurse is flustered or rushed. This is especially true to day shift positions.
