I have been working at Baylor Scott & White Health full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Decent work environment, health coverage and compensation.

    Cons

While the pros listed above are decent, they could be a lot better. Network infrastructure does not meet the needs of the research department.

    Advice to Management

Provide better health coverage, retirement plan and update network infrastructure. The performance review system is not fair. A 360 performance review would be more appropriate.

I have been working at Baylor Scott & White Health full-time

    Pros

Its a paycheck, and not in line with the market

    Cons

Management in supply chain offloads contracting to administrators and takes no accountability for anything. There is new leadership but they are not making very good decisions so far in terms of process improvement. Its clearly all about making/saving money with them. Good people are leaving as a result and not being replaced. Departments are becoming even more frustrated with supply chain.

    Advice to Management

Your decisions are causing you to lose talent . The former supply chain leadership should be held accountable for the current state of supply chain.
