I have been working at Baylor Scott & White Health full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Care is at the core of every decision we make. It is refreshing to work for a leadership team who is insistent that we enable our teams to provide the best care possible and that we will do whatever it takes to support our teams. At Baylor Scott & White Health, collaboration is a the center of all our key decisions. We believe that mutual respect regardless of position or status is how we enable and empower each other to provide the best patient care possible. We are constantly pushing to create ways to make healthcare a better experience for all. It is really exciting to get to be part of this, I can see how what I do makes an impact for the communities we support.

    Cons

We are constantly learning, growing, and becoming better and we believe everyone who works here is a part of that solution. If you are interested in working for a place where everything stays the same and you just want to maintain the status quo then this is not the place for you.

I have been working at Baylor Scott & White Health full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I'm a relatively new employee, but I have to say that BSWH is a fantastic organization. The benefits, specifically the health insurance, are second to none.

    Cons

With such a large organization, it can be a bit of a bureaucracy and there's a little bit of 'office politics.' The good news is, 99% of the people who work here are genuinely good people, who care about each other and care about the patients.
