    Pros

Management: There are multiple superiors, and they are all eager to help you in whatever way they can. Fellow Employees: They pick the best of the best, so the environment is excellent to work in. Baylor is an excellent source to find positive moral and ethical values. It helps build your character, and shows you what a healthy work environment should look like.

    Cons

Scheduling was sometimes difficult, but it really seemed to always work out.
