I worked at Baymont Inn & Suites part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

work in which that's all it is

    Cons

you will never get a pay raise after 90 days or so, manangement changes all the time, if you get accused of something that you did not do and ask to see video of it you won't be able to see it. They hire people and nobodys stays at all, people come and go. You are put on one floor and you clean that floor yourself with no help because nobody helps you, even if you make a complaint to management nothing will be done. They hire people without any supervisor skills.

    Advice to Management

go to college and take up human relations

    Pros

Loved the customers- most were pleasant! Most coworkers were also pleasant and helpful. Use of the pool was free which was a plus.

    Cons

Supervisor was rude ignorant and lazy- was not willing to work with employees. Everyone was expected to work around her schedule. No consistency in anything. We were expected to lie to customers about rates and no benefits, not even a Xmas bonus.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees more and work with them, not against them
