      I worked at Baymont Inn & Suites part-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

      friendly staff. great boss. great customers. good hours. good pay. weekly pay at that. don't have to work yourself to hard.

      Cons

      Hated doing laundry. Hated doing breakfast for a full house. taking a break was not easy.some customers would yell and cruse at you.

      Advice to Management

      I have no advice she did the best she could with what she had. she does need a break. love her

      I worked at Baymont Inn & Suites for less than a year

      Pros

      Great Staff, Great Staff, Great Staff

      Cons

      No training for General Managers, no support from Area Manager, instead of Corporate coming to clean up a hotel staff, they should update the hotels and see what the staff Can do. Live on site, no time off. work 7 days a week on call 24 hours a day

      Advice to Management

      Do not use your own money to make purchases for breakfast Items, you will not get reimbursed in a timely manner.
