    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Baymont Inn & Suites part-time for less than a year

    Pros

I love meeting new people so I loved that. They also worked around my husbands dialysis schedule & our daughters active school & cheer schedule. We only have one vehicle at the moment so that was appreciated.

    Cons

Managers weren’t on one page. Guest complaints constantly about room cleanliness & vagrants on the property. Managers had an uncaring attitude towards guest.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to have a managers meeting & to communicate more, hire security to keep vagrants off property & to keep an eye on guest vehicles so they won’t be broken into, hire a better housekeeping staff, have weekly meetings & get a housekeeping manager.
