    I worked at Bayshore Medical Center part-time

    Pros

    Very involved upper management with floor staff

    Cons

    Poor follow through with duties from date of hire. Not what was in job description. Blames employee for this problem

    Advice to Management

    Be completely upfront with new employees. Do not hire those who need the job and make it difficult for them to work as promised on date of hire

    Pros

    Great place to work! The staff all work as a team! Benefits are great you can choose from several different packages. You are treated like family not just a place you work.

    IF YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE SAFE YOU HAVE TO PARK IN A SPECIFIC GATED PARKING LOT

    Advice to Management

    It all depends on you...to climb that ladder!!!

    loved their PTO benefits
    few co-workers are awesome to work with

    Cons

    Overworked employees for the pay.
    They don't appreciate their employees.
    Always short staffed.
    Lack of leadership/management
