I have been working at Bayshore Medical Center full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people I work with are pretty much the only thing keeping me here, and even then that's only a few.Nothing else at all, worst place I've ever worked.

    Cons

Broken equipment, low stock, never having things you need for the rooms (suction, O2, telephone, call lights), horrible management, lack of teamwork, horrible doctors who are abusive, just an all around HORRIBLE place to work for. Wouldn't suggest it to my worst enemy.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your nurses

    Cons

Poor follow through with duties from date of hire. Not what was in job description. Blames employee for this problem

    Advice to Management

Be completely upfront with new employees. Do not hire those who need the job and make it difficult for them to work as promised on date of hire
