Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Baystate Health
Pros
Baystate clinical is slowly changing / improving. Nice people and passionate about their work and patient care. Training and Development and D&I initiatives are adding much value.
Cons
Draconian practices and thinking. Dated and unpleasant work environment. Support Services employees are miserable due to dysfunctional leaders - some have been working there way too long
Advice to Management
Time to do some house-cleaning in HR. Better support and understanding for clinical areas like Nursing. Provide better and updated working environments with at least SOME basic need amenities.

RecommendsPositive OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at Baystate Health part-time for more than a year
Pros
Plenty of work, all the shifts you could want. Co-workers are mostly nice.
Cons
Baystate Health is just in it for the money. Yes, we all have to maintain financial solvency, but the patients and the employees are just numbers to them. Morale is pretty low most of the time.
Advice to Management
It would be a sea change, but if management could start viewing people as people instead of as sources of profit and loss, that'd be great.
