    Pros

The work is outdoors and the houses are beautiful (expensive). Most of the people are friendly and approachable. A motivated person can learn a great deal about building as the small group does everything from "forest to finish". Everything is in-house, first party work except electricity and plumbing.

    Cons

While most of the workers are friendly, a small amount of management is very out of touch with the company and has a poor attitude and/or apathy for the workers. To my knowledge, there were not any raises or increases. The company did not offer any form of health plan, and the work sometime went into the night with no overtime pay whatsoever (hello, concrete).

    Advice to Management

Caring about and investing in the workers is just as important as investing in equipment and tools. Just like the tools need to be maintained, the workers do as well.

I have been working at Bayview Construction full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Work with diverse people from different countries was mark-able experience as i had to learn different culture, skill, language and professional behavior.

    Cons

As obviously the fact of working with different people from was not really every thing pleasurable. we had to face different behavior, manner culture and way of living that some we could accept but not understand.

    Advice to Management

Manager should always be resourceful, solve problem, available and hard work person. a Manager should be organised clear in is communication, leader and learn how to give priorities in works accordingly.

I worked at Bayview Construction (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent money, mostly all weekday work with weekends off.

    Cons

No room for advancement (they'd rather bring someone new in than train from within the company), poorly managed

    Advice to Management

    Project management could be improved
