I have been working at Baywood Hotels full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Valuable resources available to streamline operations. Corporate office is friendly and fun. Company believes in their valuable employees to ensure they are treated right.

    Cons

Wish they had more hotels in my region but they have a large portfolio spread around the US for relocation or advancements.

I have been working at Baywood Hotels full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Some of the best people you will ever find.

    Cons

They have no idea what they are doing and build hotels as quickly as possible without properly supporting them. They also have no idea how accounting is supposed to be done.

I have been working at Baywood Hotels full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Baywood Hotels is the most organized Hotel Management Company I have ever worked for. I've been in the business for 20 years and have worked for different Management companies. Everyone is so nice and they are there to assist and also gives you space to run your hotel. Awesome benefits and endless opportunities to transfer within the company nationwide.

    Cons

Salary is a little low but there are no other cons.

I have been working at Baywood Hotels full-time

    Pros

    The hotels themselves are beautiful.

    Cons

In the Rocky Mountain region, the Baywood thoughts are lost. No communication, no support, no training and always drama. They say they want you to manage your hotel but it's insane.

    Pros

You will get a paycheck while actively searching for another job!

    Cons

No one joins the hospitality industry thinking they will make a fortune, but you still need to live. Baywood cannot continue to think that they will attract, hire AND retain qualified/experienced people. If you want great service at your hotels, step up and pay.
