    Great work experience. This job put me through college. Tough job to leave.

    Hands off owner. Stuck in the past

    Advice to Management

    The staff does run the restaurant, they are the restaurant. Hire wisely

    I have been working at Beachside Bar & Grill part-time

    Pros

    Employees get along well, fast-paced and fun environment to work in for a younger crowd. There is consistency and it is will run and organized.

    Cons

    Management can improve in many areas to insure the restaurant runs smoothly

    Advice to Management

    Management will see walk ins and then reservations will be backed up 15-45 minutes because server is running around serving walks ins. Management always tells employees to open and want constructive criticism but when employees do so they are threatened.

    Pros

    This is a great place to work. You can make a lot of money in tips and the management is excellent!

    Cons

    There isn't any room for advancement. Sometimes it is difficult to get time off - especially around the holidays.

    Advice to Management

    You are doing a great job. Maybe offer rewards to the servers who provide the most quality service - possibly start employee of the month.

    Pros

    Fun place to work... good pay.. fun atmosphere. I had a great time working here.then it started to go downhill.

    Cons

    Terrible management, business is closed anyway now. At times it was almost like a circus with no one in charge.
