    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Beacon Application Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Office Culture and employee loyalty are the best I've seen in the industry, being on the bench for a couple weeks does not mean looking for new employment.

    Cons

Smaller firm equates to not as many opportunities and ability to reach bonus, being continually engaged can be a challenge and depends on several uncontrollable factors.

    Advice to Management

    Consider Addressing profit sharing compensation

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Beacon Application Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

None come to mind, the place and management are horrible.

    Cons

CEO and other Sr. Management do not play well with remote employees.
    Stifle Creativity
Management does not support their employees in any way
    No Training offered to employees
Benefits are tied to bizarre Massachusetts health care law and are below the "cheap" scale, horrible.
Pay is well below market value
    Non-existent Culture

    Advice to Management

Bring in other Management or a Management Coach
