    Company pays well, Excellent Benefits package, Awesome HR Team

    Cons

    Lack of Project Management- made it difficult to be treated fairly by the client at the government agency

    Pros

    good if you are on a good contract. Can be interesting work.

    Cons

    Typical of most govt contractors, once the contract ends so does your employment. No matter how much you did for Beacon, doesn't matter, you are out of a job. No loyalty.
    The HQ is terrible support staff. assume you will receive support locally or not at all. HQ support staff will only support management,.

    Advice to Management

    Support staff at HQ could be less rude to contractors in field. they are awful. IT is the worse. but so is everyone else.

    Pros

    If running a contract they will leave you to run it with little interference . They are not involved in day to day details. Great support in proposal staff

    Cons

    They will dump you like a hot potatoe when the contact is over. No loyalty no matter how much money you made them. Terrible BD office

    Advice to Management

    Loyalty goes a long way in this business. Don't call me for favors and then a month later not return a phone call when my contract is up.

    Willing to give entry-level employees an opportunity. Great project management team.

    Cons

    Small, insulting bonuses. Should consider completely removing the bonus fund. No room for growth in the organization.
