Its a international chain of schools where from a lower staff to the Director of the company stand together as employees. No discrimination, anyone and everyone willing to work, is given ample opportunities to not only work but also to improve their education.
There is in house training department which trains teachers and gives them certifications.
    Totally professional working environment.

Employees are appraised based on the view of the line manager and not given a chance to defy that, which can end up with biased comments

    Pros

The organization really train the teachers well and equip them with all the latest teaching techniques, no other school has made their teachers techno geek at this level..

    Cons

Long hours, stay back every other day is really the most annoying thing, and it's more tiresome when u r not getting ur demanded salary and compromising on less.. Higher expectations from us and gradually put all the work load on new teachers is observed, senior teachers r bossy n sharp too.

    Advice to Management

At least count experience and skills while hiring new teacher, don't hire everyone on same pay scale i.e 25000
