    Negative Outlook

I worked at Beam Bros Trucking full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nice folks ( hourly) Nice offices Great location People work hard Wish there was more positive things to say, But there is not

    Cons

Company under Federal investigation by Dept. Of Justice for felonious crimes. Sr. Management headed to jail, leadership resists change and is not people oriented.

    Advice to Management

Sell the COMPANY to honest, law abiding interest that will focus on the employees and not look for illegal ways to make a profit.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Beam Bros Trucking full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Plenty of work, never any down time.

    Cons

Health insurance is expensive, $540 a month just for a single driver. The post office kicks in a benefit pay to help cover any expenses, but any money left over from that Beam holds onto and kicks into a 401k that you have no choice but to sign up for.

    Advice to Management

Hire more drivers to help cover the time off required for other people. Stop forcing us to sign up for expensive health care plans that don't even work in the area where we live. If I want to spend the money the post office pays me on a better plan, let me.
