    I worked at Bear Stearns (More than a year)

    Pros

    After 14 years in the brokerage business there is no other firm that I worked with that I learned more. The smartest most intelligent people I have ever met

    Cons

    It is a sin they where forced to go out of business due to a market down turn

    Paid for production, entrepreneurial environment, good management until the end, exciting environment, Great coworkers, excellent benefits, excellent pay, good hours

    Cons

    Firm closed, along with many other firms on Wall Street to the government regulation and technological innovation. The shame the entire stock market was destroyed by the government regulations.

    Unpretentious, Entrepreneurial, Apolitical, Self-starter friendly, Successful (until disgraceful end)

    Disorganized, Whimsical (in performance evaluations), Poor controls (which lead to disgraceful end)
