I have been working at BearingPoint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good company with good atmosphere where people really work together and help each other.

    Cons

Low bonuses compared to the amount of work produced. Salary gaps only with new titles but not between two grades.

    Advice to Management

More bonuses, not only with new grades. Less technical missions while most people are here only for business purposes.

I have been working at BearingPoint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Smart and agreeable teams providing great learning opportunities, through projects and available training. Management usually quite respectful of work/life balance, takes care of the team members' well-being.

    Cons

Scope of team projects tends to stray from pure Business Consulting missions to big IT projects (ERP deployments), and thus longer single missions. Not permanent nor true for all team members, but something to be watchful for when joining and spend time advertising themselves internally.

I worked at BearingPoint full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - For a consulting firm, the work/life balance was pretty good, even if it could vary from an assignment to another.
    - Moreover, you can find smart people to work with

    Cons

    - Some assignments are not that exciting and can be for a very long period of time (more than a year)
    - Difficult to make the difference (in terms of salary and promotions) even if you are viewed as a rock start

    Advice to Management

    - Reward exceptional performance instead of trying to buy social peace
    - Invest in your best-in-class employees

I have been working at BearingPoint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Primes quasi-inexistantes
    Salaires étalés sur 13 mois
    CE peu avantageux

    Advice to Management

Augmenter l'effort financier à destination des consultants

I worked at BearingPoint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Manageurs à l'écoute, organisés et pédagogiques

    Cons

    Advice to Management

I have been working at BearingPoint full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Advice to Management
