    The Learning Management System offered coursework in Business Process Training and Technology Certification.
    High level of recognition/compensation for excellence in contribution and dedication to goals.

    Cons

    High rate of turnover at all levels.
    Management of inter-team personnel transfers and virtual-teams, or off-site / on-line personnel.

    Advice to Management

    Management knowledge and coordination when communicating is the KEY to productive technical teams.

    Good projects, good consultants, good exposure to consulting. Had a few really nice projects across the various States.

    Cons

    Bureaucracy, too many layers, lack of transparency in management decisions.

    Building trust and transparency go a long way in improving employee morale.

    Pros

    Good people that were very good at what they do. Made quite a few friends for life. Built a great network

    Cons

    Poor overall company management of the business which eventually led to the downfall of the company. What a pity, should not have happened

    Advice to Management

    Follow the management practices of other firms, and dring our own koolaide. To late now the company is out of business

    Pros

    Bright people with strong technology aptitude, broad clients base. A lot of repeat business. Significant success with government contracts and processes

    Cons

    Company going bankrupt . Difficult to be successful, though some practices extended their business through the period. Management team did not properly handle aspects of being a public company.

    Advice to Management

    Management should not have taken the company public. It caused significant costs and distractions, then the ultimate break up of the firm.

    Pros

    Great place for college hires
    Some very talented developers in an on-shore off-site software house.
    Many of the developers take the time to help other potential people.

    Cons

    Management in the Hattiesburg office can seem a bit disconnected.
    There are some very poor in-house developers that skate by on the work of others and management can not / will not terminate them.
    Management seems to stack all the workload on the few talented people they have causing them to leave or slack off.

    Advice to Management

    Pay a bit more competitively.
    Do not be afraid to terminate employees that do nothing.
    Get more involved with your employees.

    Overal the are very few positives that i can speak of.
    coworkers were nice to work with and helpful.
    the envionrment was a laib back one.

    promotions or raises are hard to come by.
    certain managers can micro managers.
