    Pros

clear path of advancement, lots of opportunity if you work with the right people and can show your potential, lots of travel (depends on how you look at it)

    Cons

terrible upper management, no clear direction as a company, ship has been sinking ever since kpmg separation, hard to succeed if you don't get in the right group, little to no bonuses

    Advice to Management

focus on fixing financial situation, reward your employees or they will leave - they are your IP, stop coming up with new 'frameworks' when none of them work

    Pros

nice people that were concerned with doing a good job, but watched their own back- it was also difficult to see the end result

    Cons

was kind of difficult to know the firm's direction because it was always shifting - the opportuity to make a lot of money went away

    Advice to Management

just do it do it do it do it do it - they got too concerned with making it work for each other and not the client

    Pros

The pay was great (at the time) for someone at an analyst level. Free coffee at HQ.

    Cons

I was unknowingly put on a project as a contract requirement because I met certain guidelines. Worked exclusively with people from other companies, with no exposure to other BearingPoint colleagues. Bad fit for the position.

    Advice to Management

Take a little more care with where you are staffing your employees. Bad form to put someone on an island by themselves.
