    Pros

    Great co-workers and benefits

    Cons

Shady, management theft, hr doesn't resolve anything they refer you back to you manager

    Advice to Management

Look into who you hire for managers. Retaliation happens even though there is a "no retaliation" they will hire directors that should not been in that position that are not qualified. It's all who you know. Disappointed in a company that is aupposed to look out for employees.

I worked at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Overall, good company and benefits with highly talented and creative people. Free meal during shift (better than many buffets!), free uniforms, great consumer discounts as an employee, discounted tickets to shows, discounts at restaurants, etc!

    Cons

Mississippi is a challenge in general. Salary is much lower than national average. Must do more with performance based pay and evaluations. The company as a whole is making strides to correct some very outdated practices, but must do more to reward and retain valuable employees.

    Advice to Management

Continue the great work in terms of communicating with your employees. To MGM: establish better ways to reward the employees that truly bring value to the company.
