- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Many projects were cool to work on and projects were always changing. Work schedule was flexible and management was easy to work with.
Cons
Projects often had unrealistic schedules driving the need for long hours. The smaller company size made everyone wear multiple hats.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
There is always something new to do, or a different challenge to tackle. Beckwood focuses on improving the overall work environment and communication between different departments, which is great. This is a great place to work if you are looking for a challenging, fast paced environment that is also very rewarding.
Cons
Can be long hours and hard work when busy and traveling, but the results can be well worth it.

Pros
Always challenging the status quo - fun group to work with
Cons
No real cons to speak of. Work is challenging at times, but very rewarding.
- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
I am completely free to engineer my projects how I want
Cons
Completely responsible for my portion of the project. If there is anything the customer doesn’t like or a spec that’s was missed it is 100% on the engineer assigned.
