I have been working at Bed Bath & Beyond full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Full benefits, health, dental, eye, life insurance, 401k, stock options. Promote from within mentality. In position training and fast track training.

    Cons

Depending on the location and the management, there are different rules for dress code and conduct. No across the board dress code (although there is one mandated in the hiring manual)

    Advice to Management

You know the really good employees? Give them praise for their good jobs. Those mediocre employees? Teach them how to do it better, and then give them praise for a job well done. It'll turn those mediocre employees into great ones and the great ones into valuable assets that you will love having on your team.
