I worked at Bed Bath & Beyond full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Low stress work environment
People are really nice, non aggressive work culture
    Stable company

    Cons

No work flexibility, WFH is not widely accepted
Minimum employee benefits such as maternity leave, 401k after 12 months of emplyment, pre tax travel, vacation days
Flip side of having a low stress work environment is an environment where there is minimal requirement to excel and push yourself. Things move slowly at BBB.
    Minimal job progression
Lack of trust to share information, it's difficult to get information at times which impacts on your performance in the job

    Advice to Management

To retain the current generation of employees e.g. Gen X and millennials you need to review company policies and modernize. Way of working from 20 years ago is now outdated. To remain competitive there needs to be changes
