    I have been working at Bedrosians full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Professional company, good benefits, and family atmosphere. I have been with Bedrosians for almost a year now and hope to be for many more. I have had nothing but good experiences so far, great management and friendly coworkers all around. Learning a lot about the tle industry.

    Cons

    Not too many cons yet, I am still rather new to the tile industry so still a lot to learn. Holidays are not paid but at least I have them off, coming from the hospitality industry, its nice to not have to work nights and holidays, so I guess its not too bad.

    Advice to Management

    Stay being positive, friendly and motivating, it keeps up the morale. My regional manager is very friendly and makes you feel part of the family. Branch manager is very hard working and leads by example, makes it very easy to work with and makes me want to work hard for them everyday.

    I have been working at Bedrosians full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Co-workers are great, tile selection and quality are good, but that's about it.

    Cons

    Nepotism. Changes your schedule without talking to you about it, so if you didn't look over the schedule with a fine tooth comb, you wouldn't know that you started an 1/2 later and your day was 1/2 our longer. Management will tell you one thing and then you find out that they lied to you.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate with your employees and don't lie to them.

    I worked at Bedrosians full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Playful relaxed working environment. Good location.

    Cons

    Management was SO relaxed that they don't care to listen to their employees or discipline them. People had attitudes towards one another, sat at their desks and don't work and nothing was ever done. Corporate is the same way. Also, very low pay, horrible chance of getting a raise.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your employees more, give them holiday's off. We're treated like a sweat shop workers who have no lives or families...
