    Pros

    In general, it is a fun environment to be around because they sell beer. Many of the employees are quite enjoyable to work with and be around.

    Cons

    Many employees have not received raises in years. They offer no severance package if they let someone go. They send mixed signals to all employees with regards to the performance they are looking for. They appear to be in it for the short term because they do not have a solid business plan.

    Pros

    Great place to work in which the routine is regular and known by the entire company from top to bottom. They are very friendly and willing to work with a schedule.

    Cons

    The communication between drivers and college helpers is not ideal, as some drivers give different directions than the management. Additionally, the call-in system of drivers and employees is outdated and inefficient.

    Advice to Management

    Change the call-in system to an updated electronic schedule that provides a better routine for drivers and college helpers, adhering to the core strength of the operations of the company.
