Pros

Clinic setting. Guaranteed hours. Block scheduling.

Cons

No clinical feedback for new BCBAS, no regional director to assist the clinic. COO makes empty promises. CEO makes emotional decisions and does not let everyone finish after their two week notice due to feeling like they have been "wronged". Currently clinical team is left picking up the pieces after emotional decisions made by leadership. CEO does not care about employees, shows up to the clinic and barely speaks to staff and does not even say goodbye. Management expects employees to respond within 48 hours but leaves employees on read. Management creates toxic work environment by overloading supervisory position with administrative tasks to cut corners. Management pushes billables by having a telehealth BCBA bill as a midlevel so they and I quote, "have something to do.".

Pros

I learned to ask tough questions and that I don’t need to stay where I’m treated poorly. My bcaba and BCBA on site were really nice.

Cons

Management is awful. Rebeka edge comes across nice but is a snake. She cares about money above all else and acts vindictively if she perceives you have wronged her.

Pros

Teaching and educating. Seeing the strides the children made

Cons

The CEO and boss with the PhD does not run the program with integrity.
