If you’re interviewing for a rehab director position with Legacy in North Carolina, don’t do it! Couple people where I’m at are about to resign so you’re going to have a ton of work on your plate. Too much turnover with this company!

How to get paid better in the nonprofit world… International MD with an MPH and >7 yrs experience in public health…still make less than 70k! I love the work that I do but the pay is painfully low! I started to think maybe I should go back to trying to get certified as a physician because the nonprofit world feels like a dead end at this point! Any advice?
