I worked at Behavioral Support Services

    Pros

There were some good people, as in all setting, but for the most part, there was no one worth sticking around for at this place of employment.

    Cons

There is no loyalty to any one on staff. There is no consistency in the management. Expectations change all the time with no explanation. They don't care at all about the people that work for them.

I worked at Behavioral Support Services full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Company pays a competitive salary and mileage which is unusual in this area for home-based service providers. They also offer paid time off, again, unusual for home based service providers.

    Cons

They constantly change policies and tend to treat professionals with advanced degrees like high school children. They are also inconsistent with productivity standards.

    Advice to Management

Treat therapists with the respect management expects to receive. Maintain consistency and begin to accept responsibility for current problems without blaming previous ownership and previous management.
