    Pros

    Cons

Even though it is an international company, German is still needed on a daily basis. Too many politics and not a clear direction and company mission. Interns are discarded as soon as they finish their internships. Great employer branding right here!

I worked at Beiersdorf full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Strong brand to work on like Nivea, soft culture and laid-back, work/life balance, mindset of a government in a multinational organization, if you are German immense opportunities, you will be given the leadership positions in other countries.

    Cons

Racist, high bureaucracy, lots of gossiping, back talking and forming groups within the marketing team, performance and appraisal system stays as talk only and promotions will be given due to personal choices from leaders and political reasons to keep their future career at ease. Marketing is about tv advertising development and nivea logo size presence while competition is busy developing consumer focused campaigns. New core values dont sit on the pripority list of the management when it comes to daily decision making which puts many employees in conflict with their own personal values, chipping away morality and motivation, trust to leaders and company, job satisfaction and fulfillment.
