Pros
Bekins is definitely a successful appliance company and the in-home automation side of the business was and is before it’s time. Nothing can be disputed about the success of this business.
Cons
It is the culture primarily that is the problem with this company. The owner, Scott Bekins, has an authoritarian style of management, causing fear and anxiety among his employees. Because of this there is a lot of competitiveness, backbiting and very little trust. He has a reputation for excessive termination and therefore excessive staff turnover.

Pros
Great office to work in. Probably my favorite place I've ever worked. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with. Work life balance is great. Very understanding for those with children.
Cons
Only complaint is cost of benefits, but that goes for any job these days.
