    Pros

In the busy season, there is plenty of work for everyone. After the summer is over work becomes scarce and inevitably layoffs occur.

    Cons

You cannot generalize about the company based on one location, but seasonality is a fact of life in the moving and storage business no matter where you go

    Advice to Management

Diversify. Those who have been the most successful in this business have been flexible enough to take on other kinds of busnesses.

    Pros

Some of the best reasons is because they are a good group of individuals to work with. They care about there employees.

    Cons

The downside is they are a seasonal business. In the winter time its very slow so you dont really make any money.

    Advice to Management

I really dont have any advice. They treated me with respect. If anything I would say keep up the good work.
