I’ve noticed that you need to advocate yourself if you want to move into a different area, which isn’t a bad thing in itself, but it can be disheartening for people who aren’t accustomed to taking initiative.

Wonderful culture of teamwork, encouragement, and growth. Everyone was cooperative and down-to-earth. Even when we didn’t agree with each other, we were able to put our differences aside.
Cons
Jobs like this require full commitment. You can’t expect your colleagues to pick up the pace for you.
